Shipping Policy
Shipping is non-refundable. No exceptions, We understand that getting items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order promptly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page based on location and weight of package. The price will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.
Dispatch Time
Orders are created and packaged 2-14 business days from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise on the website listing. Custom orders and pre-sale orders may take longer. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can follow the link provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your order.
Any local orders (within Ottawa) will be shipping using Trexity. When you receive your email confirmation that your order is being shipped, you will receive your order the same day or next day. You will also receive an email/text message from Trexity to confirm shipping details.
Local pickup is available at no charge. Choose the “FREE PICKUP” shipping option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the pickup address as well as pickup instructions.
All other orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Please keep in mind that some tracking information doesn’t update right away.
Lost Package
We are not liable for any products lost during shipping. Once an order has left our office and is in the hands of the courier service, it is their responsibility to ensure that your package arrives safely. If your order is lost in transit, please contact the courier service directly with your tracking number to resolve the issue.
Missing or Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details. Please take your time when filling out your address to make sure that it is entered correctly since this information cannot be changed once the order is submitted.
We are not responsible for items that are not received due to incorrect shipping information. If a package is returned to use due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you decide to reorder the same items, you will be required to pay the shipping costs again.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
