Our current turnaround time for Ready to Ship & Ready to Press is 2-3 business days, plus shipping time. The exact time frame depends on the type of order and product availability. Pre-made items usually ship within 1-2 business days. Custom/Wholesale orders can sometimes take up to 3 weeks to complete depending on quantity and complexity.

• Made-to-Order Items: Most of our products are made to order, meaning they are not kept in stock. Once you place your order, we source the necessary materials, which adds to the processing time.  

• In-Stock Items: Some items are available for immediate shipment. If you’re in need of a faster turnaround, feel free to reach out and inquire if we have the product on hand or if it needs to be ordered.  

We always strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Local pickup is available at no charge. Choose the “FREE PICKUP” shipping option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the pickup address as well as pickup options. We are located near Barrhaven in Ottawa, ON.

Sizing varies by item and is subject to availability through our suppliers. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for measurements. We're always working to offer more apparel options in both smaller and larger sizes. If there's a size or fit you'd love to see, feel free to reach out!

Each item will usually have a tag or care card inside your order. All apparel is made using either direct to film transfers or vinyl. It is recommended to wash inside out, wash in cold water, dry on low or hang to dry, do not dry clean and do not iron.

All stickers are printed on matte weatherproof sticker paper and then laminated for extra protection against water, however, you still will want to be careful. If using them on washable items, I recommend that you do not get them super wet and avoid any type of soaking. Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave.

All cups, mugs and tumblers are made using either sublimation, UV direct to film or vinyl. It is recommended to hand wash and avoid soaking. Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave.
