How do custom orders work?
Here are the 4 easy steps it takes to create a custom order:
1. Consultation & Concept:
We start with a consultation to understand your personal or brand needs and the message you want to convey through your merchandise. This can be done through e-mail, phone call, video chat or in person.
2. Design & Approval:
Whether you already have your designs or need something different, we are here to help with your vision. We will create digital mockups of your customized products. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the designs before production.
3. Production & Quality Check:
Once designs are approved, we move to production. We ensure the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. We work very closely with select wholesalers as well as printers for our direct to film transfers and other prints.
4. Delivery & Support:
Your custom merchandise is delivered to your desired location, ready to impress. We also offer ongoing support for re-orders or new campaigns. Don’t hesitate to reach out in regard to anything, we are always here to help!

No! We do not have a minimum order quantity. Whether you need a single item for a special occasion or a large bulk order, we’ve got you covered.
Can I mix and match product types in my custom order?
Absolutely! You’re free to mix and match different product types in the same order.

You can personalize your items with:

Can I provide my own design?
Yes! We love when customers bring their own designs to personalize their items.
Do you offer design assistance?

Can I see a preview or mockup before my order is finalized?
Yes! We always create a mockup of your order before it goes to print.
Can I request a sample before placing a large order?
For larger orders, if you’d like a physical sample first, let us know—this can be arranged.
Processing & Turnaround Time
How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Once full payment is received, it typically takes 1.5 to 3 weeks to complete your order.
*Please note: This does not include shipping time.
Do you offer rush orders?
At this time, we do not offer rush orders due to supplier lead times. However, we always do our best to complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have a specific deadline, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined for custom orders?
Our pricing is based on:
Individual orders: For smaller projects or one-off pieces
Wholesale orders: Discounts are available for larger quantities
Pricing varies based on the product type, design complexity, and order size. We’ll provide a detailed quote for your order.
Do you require a deposit or full payment upfront?
For custom orders, we require full payment upfront before we begin ordering and production.
Are there any setup or design fees?
If you already have your design, there may be no additional setup fee unless changes need to be made.
If we need to create or significantly modify a design for you, any design fees will be included in your quote.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship custom orders?
Yes! We ship throughout Canada and the US.
For local customers, we also offer a FREE pickup option.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! You’re welcome to pick up your order locally at no extra charge.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return or exchange a custom order?
All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution.
